Tarryn Forsyth
Tarryn completed her BDietetics degree at The University of Pretoria, after first obtaining a BSc in Human Physiology and Biochemistry.
She then went on to do her community service at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital where she found her niche in paediatric critical care.
She has worked in the paediatric ICU for 7 years and provided a number of lectures regarding feeding PICU children.
Another passion of hers is that of gastrostomy feeding, particularly the feeding of neurologically impaired kiddies.
As a mother of 2 young children, her passion for breastfeeding has also grown in conjunction with her own breastfeeding journey and she plans to become a lactation consultant in the near future. Tarryn continues to expand her knowledge and skills by attending numerous courses and activities with continued passion for paediatric nutrition.
